• Conceptualize, supervise, and implement engaging social narratives on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or TikTok.

• Develop images and videos tailored to each platform's specifications and content requirements.

• Work closely with internal teams to define campaign goals and ensure successful project completion.

• Harmonize creative processes and enhance production efficiency.

• Provide guidance to agency partners and creators on design and creative direction.

• Embrace a leaner mindset that leverages AI to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in social media content creation and/or art direction.

• Previous track record of creating content for social media platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.

• Passionate about memes and well-versed in popular culture trends, from classic memes to real-life phenomena.

• Thrive on crafting creative taglines and storytelling that resonates with social media audiences.

• Exhibit strong project management skills and a proactive approach to ownership.

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design capabilities.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to the dynamic landscape of social media.

• Strong prioritization skills to manage time-sensitive social projects and ongoing campaigns effectively.
