📋 Description

• As a key player in this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative and impactful brand experiences across all platforms.

• Your expertise in visual storytelling and digital marketing will play a pivotal role as Visiting Media expands its presence in the hospitality sector.

• Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a robust brand identity and creative strategy aligned with Visiting Media's business objectives.

• Leading the creative direction and strategy for all brand communications to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's identity and messaging.

• Managing creative execution across various channels like web, social media, email, events, video, and software UX.

• Maintaining visual identity and messaging consistency across all departments, including marketing, sales, product, and customer experience.

• Managing creative budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Influencing the UX/UI direction of our software platform in collaboration with the product team.

• Staying abreast of design, branding, and hospitality trends to keep Visiting Media visually and experientially competitive.

• Presenting creative work to internal stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale and value of creative concepts.

• Overseeing the production of top-notch creative assets and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in a creative leadership role, with a proven history of successful high-impact marketing campaign development and execution.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across multiple mediums.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools in addition to familiarity with the hospitality or hospitality tech industry.

• Understanding of web design, UX/UI principles, and collaboration with product teams to enhance software experiences.

• A strategic thinker capable of hands-on design work in the short term.
