• OneSeven Tech is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Design Lead to drive innovative digital solutions in the healthcare space

• This is a strategic role where you'll balance high-impact UX/UI work (50%) with creative marketing design (50%), directly influencing how healthcare providers deliver care

• You'll shape the future of healthcare technology and make a tangible difference in healthcare delivery while enjoying exceptional creative autonomy

• We're specifically looking for designers who understand healthcare provider workflows and can translate complex healthcare concepts into intuitive interfaces and marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer in mobile/web app field

• Experience or understanding of healthcare technology and provider workflows is required

• Strong ability to translate concepts into various design solutions (interfaces, prototypes, wireframes, etc.)

• Experience with marketing design for websites, flyers, and other marketing collateral

• Intermediate English level (important)

• Demonstrate an AI-first mindset to inform and guide design decisions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service

• Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn

• Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team

• Ability to research as you work

• Accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment
