• The Sr. / Creative Director - Brand will serve as our “storyteller-in-chief.”
• This person will be the steward of our brand voice and deeply understand our core customer to craft strategies and creative concepts that elevate our cultural relevancy.
• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in defining what Skylight stands for, developing our brand tagline, and shaping content themes that touch the hearts and attention of the communities we’re aiming to serve.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience telling emotionally resonant stories and developing content and strategies, preferably in the parenting space.
• Proven track record of developing brand taglines, content strategies, and campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences.
• Strong understanding of parental cultural trends and the ability to translate them into brand opportunities with parenting communities.
• Exceptional storytelling and creative concept development skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with creative teams, providing constructive feedback and supporting the development of high-quality visual and written content.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
