📋 Description
• Lead the conceptual development of Stellaris1’s creative projects, including brand identity creation, corporate materials, and high-end business presentations.
• Translate client objectives and strategies into impactful, cohesive visual designs that communicate the client’s vision effectively.
• Oversee the visual consistency across all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with each client's brand standards and project goals.
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all creative work is delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and strategy leads to ensure creative output meets both the strategic and aesthetic goals of each project.
• Ensure seamless integration of client feedback into the creative process, maintaining a balance between client needs and creative integrity.
• Serve as the primary creative liaison with clients during project briefings, presentations, and revisions, delivering compelling presentations and guiding clients through the creative process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Stellaris1 is viewed as a trusted partner for their long-term branding and creative needs.
• Lead branding projects from the ground up, including visual identity creation, logo design, and corporate branding that aligns with each client’s unique market position.
• Develop visual frameworks and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all client materials and channels.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior designers within Stellaris1, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented, and creatively rich team culture.
• Provide feedback and guidance during design reviews, ensuring the team consistently delivers innovative, polished, and on-strategy designs.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, technologies, and best practices to push the boundaries of Stellaris1’s creative work.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage the team to explore bold, innovative ideas that align with clients’ business goals and market trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, such as Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proven experience in branding, corporate identity, and custom design projects for global or high-end clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, with an emphasis on branding and corporate design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to translate these into high-impact visual identities.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality work that meets both creative and strategic goals.
