🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design

• 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports

• Experience leading high-velocity Design teams

• Leading consumer-facing Product Design for iOS and Android

• Ability to balance small iterations with larger changes

• Strong bias-to-action

• Analytical approach to Design work

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
