⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, branding, or design with a strong portfolio in tech, gaming, or Web3 industries.

• Proven experience in brand strategy, naming, identity design, and creative asset development.

• Expertise in UI/UX design, website development, and interactive digital experiences.

• Strong background in motion graphics, video production, and multimedia storytelling.

• Experience with Web3, DAOs, and blockchain-native brands.

• Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills.

• Passion for innovation and forward-thinking branding and creative execution.

• Demonstrated experience in a Creative Director or senior creative role with a diverse portfolio.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

• Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling techniques.

• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders.

• Familiarity with video production workflows, formats, and optimization for various platforms.
