• Take the lead in shaping the brand identity, creative vision, and transition into a media platform,
• Create and implement a unified brand identity,
• Supervise the development of brand identity, marketing campaigns, and content creation,
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and alignment.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related creative field; having an advanced degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, content creation, social media marketing, or a similar leadership capacity.
• Have worked with both nonprofit and for-profit brands.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and executing brand strategies, creative campaigns, content initiatives, and media platform transformations.
• Thorough understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, marketing principles, content creation best practices, and media platform development.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
