Senior Director - Brand Creative

📋 Description

• The Marketing & Communications team at ZERO delivers a comprehensive strategy to define, support, and enhance the brand impact across various marketing channels.

• We are in search of a visionary Senior Brand Creative Director to spearhead our company's brand identity, creative vision, and evolution into a leading men's health media platform dedicated to improving and saving lives affected by prostate cancer.

• This role entails developing and implementing a unified brand identity that resonates with our target audience, fostering growth through top-notch creative content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related creative field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is highly advantageous.

• At least a decade of experience in brand management, creative direction, content creation, social media marketing, or a similar leadership capacity is required.

• Prior experience with both nonprofit and for-profit brands is preferred.

• Experience in health, agency, and/or media brands is a strong asset.

• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective brand strategies, creative campaigns, content initiatives, and media platform transformations.

• Extensive portfolio showcasing outstanding creative work, brand development projects, content endeavors, and media platform accomplishments.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), content management systems, and social media management tools.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management abilities are essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are required.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends, technologies, and market conditions within branding, creative, content, and media platforms.
