• Responsible for maintaining and evolving Bellesa's visual identity across various platforms such as the website, social media, email marketing, packaging, and advertising.
• Lead the creative team, offering vision, mentorship, and clear guidance to designers, photographers, and freelancers.
• Develop and implement innovative campaigns and marketing materials that drive engagement, growth, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create impactful visuals that convey compelling narratives.
• Supervise and direct the art direction of photoshoots and video productions to ensure brand alignment and top-notch execution.
• Keep abreast of design, branding, and trends in the sexual wellness industry, consistently pushing creative boundaries and innovating.
• Understand Bellesa's audience deeply and utilize insights to craft targeted and meaningful creative strategies.
• Ensure all creative work reflects the company's mission of destigmatizing pleasure and promoting inclusivity.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within the creative field (Creative Director, Art Director, or similar), preferably in e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign creation, and digital content generation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other standard design tools in the industry.
• Experience in directing photoshoots and video productions.
• Thorough understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and branding tactics.
• Bold, innovative, and strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity with business goals.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of managing design teams, freelancers, and external creative collaborators.
