• BluZinc is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Performance Marketing Creative Team for a prominent digital eLearning and coaching company with a revenue of over $100 million.
• This role is focused on developing direct response campaigns that encompass video, paid media, email, and landing pages.
• The primary goal is to effectively convert cold traffic into customers on a large scale.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in leading direct response creative efforts, ideally within the realms of digital coaching, online courses, or e-commerce.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and behavioral triggers that prompt buyers to take action.
• Demonstrated success in creating high-performing video sales letters (VSLs), advertisements, emails, and landing pages that have generated substantial revenue in the millions.
• Proficiency in utilizing creative performance analytics, understanding funnel metrics, and conducting A/B testing.
• Experience overseeing in-house creative teams and collaborating with freelance designers and editors.
• Strong enthusiasm for golf – possessing a deep understanding of the industry's terminology, mindset, and what resonates with its audience.
