• Drive the creative direction of various digital content types like short-form videos, images, memes, GIFs, podcasts, and more, staying abreast of digital trends and technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize content performance using data-driven insights.
• Cultivate a high-performing creative team that conceptualizes, scripts, produces, and edits social content across multiple platforms.
• Supervise designers, video producers, content creators, and copywriters to ensure top-quality output in all content formats.
• Foster a collaborative culture among creative, editorial, newsletter, social, and integrated marketing teams, ensuring creative ideas are aligned with strategy, schedule, brand, and budget.
• Minimum of 7 years in a creative leadership position, preferably in digital media, publishing, or content-focused industries.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital storytelling, branding, and multimedia content creation.
• In-depth knowledge of digital content trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proven experience in managing creative teams, with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.
• Ability to balance creative vision with business goals and data-driven insights.
