• We are seeking a Design Director to become part of our team.

• This position focuses on four main areas:

• Collaborating with Business Development & Project Managers to create and present creative proposals

• Leading the overall design/brand/creative direction within assigned accounts

• Spearheading high-level creative initiatives

• Providing guidance to your team to assist projects of various sizes and scopes

• Succeeding in this role requires excellent client relations, efficient design processes, prioritization, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Preferably seeking candidates in Pacific or Mountain Time zones for collaboration, but open to strong candidates in Central or Eastern Time Zones.

• As the Design Director, you will have three (3) primary responsibilities:

• CLIENT PROJECTS: (65%)

• ACCOUNTS, BRAND STRATEGY AND NEW BUSINESS: (25%)

• SKETCHDECK TEAM DEVELOPMENT: (10%)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative and art direction, with at least 4 years in a fast-paced agency environment

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic, cross-channel creative projects—from concept to completion—across marketing, branding, and communications

• Strong communicator capable of shaping and communicating a compelling creative vision aligned with business objectives

• Experienced leader with a track record of mentoring creative teams, inspiring innovation, and delivering impactful work on time and within budget

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma; familiarity with Google Slides and PowerPoint is a plus

• Collaborative by nature—you excel in team environments and collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA to bring ideas to fruition

• Demonstrated success working with large, enterprise-level clients, understanding their intricate needs, and delivering exceptional solutions
