• We are seeking a Creative Director to join our team and establish an internal creative hub at Finom.
• As the Creative Director, you will spearhead the creation of innovative brand concepts, develop impactful creative materials, and oversee both in-house creative talents and external agencies.
• Striking a balance between daring creativity and business objectives, you will ensure our brand narratives are not only captivating but also efficient.

• Possess at least 8 years of experience in marketing communications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a creative team, even on a small scale.
• Strong conceptual thinker with a track record of impactful brand campaigns.
• Previous exposure to both agency and in-house environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
