• Provide essential support to your designers, actively participating in key project milestones.
• Possess 5–7+ years of product design experience with a successful track record of delivering user-centered solutions.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a UX team.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation skills and excellent written communication abilities.
• Uphold high integrity and advocate passionately for your team members.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrate willingness to be hands-on and assist where needed.
• Approach tasks with a process- and systems-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a genuine passion for people's development and success.
• Show resilience and compassion, along with prior experience in scaling UX teams (Preferred but Not Required).
• Previous experience in leading or managing design/UX teams in fast-paced settings like startups (Preferred but Not Required).
• Training in UX or Market Research, or experience in leading UX Research teams (Preferred but Not Required).
