• Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative capacity, including at least 2 years as a direct supervisor in a B2B SaaS or high-tech setting
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong grasp of brand strategy, UX/UI design fundamentals, and digital marketing best practices
• Ability to translate user insights into engaging digital experiences
• Experience in content creation, including writing for digital platforms or collaborating with copywriters
• In-depth knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and strategy to align creative outputs with overarching marketing objectives
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience collaborating with senior creative leaders or assuming creative direction responsibilities
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, working with diverse teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timelines
