• Take charge of and enhance our overall creative vision across our various brands, campaigns, and projects.
• Supervise a team consisting of a design director, graphic designer, and video specialist.
• Ensure that all creative outputs are in line with the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive, interdisciplinary creative strategy to support the organization's mission.
• Create innovative campaigns that engage, educate, and prompt target audiences to take action.
• Update and refine the organization's brand guidelines to maintain uniformity and adaptability across all platforms and projects.
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of visual elements for campaigns, events, and organizational projects.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of creative experts, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
• Collaborate with different departments to generate creative content and ensure smooth production and distribution of creative materials.
• Advocate for the brand's integrity in every endeavor.
• Demonstrated (8-10 years) experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership position, preferably within a non-profit, advocacy, or mission-oriented organization.
• Proficiency in graphic design, visual storytelling, and branding, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Sound knowledge of video production, editing processes, and best practices for creating content across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and guide creative teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptable and collaborative leader capable of working across teams and with external partners.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, translating strategic objectives into actionable creative ideas.
• Passion for political advocacy and a deep understanding of the distinct challenges and opportunities within the non-profit sector and 501c4s.
• Dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all creative endeavors and team management.
