• Seeking an Art Director to drive the creative vision and execution for avatars and wearables across PlayerZero and Ready Player Me.

• Responsible for defining style guides, building a unique IP, and ensuring collections resonate with Gen Z and Millennial players.

• Lead a talented team, collaborate with external partners, and explore AI workflows to enhance creativity and productivity.

• Set the visual direction for PlayerZero, defining the look and feel of avatars, wearables, and pixels.

• Launch wearable collections and partner IP drops that are relevant, collectible, and culturally aligned.

• Build and lead the art team, fostering a high creative standard and ensuring inspiration.

• Manage outsourcing and partnerships with studios and freelancers to maintain quality and timelines.

• Enhance PlayerZero avatars by ensuring continuous improvement and uniqueness.

• Stay updated on pop culture and fashion trends to create visually appealing content for users.

• Experiment with AI tools to optimize art workflows and boost productivity.
