• Work collaboratively on innovative ideas and creative campaigns
• Define and enhance the visual representation of clients' brands
• Contribute to campaign creation by brainstorming, creating mood boards, storyboarding, and digital toolkits
• Collaborate with digital teams to develop concepts for integrated campaigns, digital activations, and social videos
• Establish the artistic direction and oversee the development of visual content and brand assets
• Engage in strategic brainstorming and execute creative ideas
• Present campaign concepts to clients effectively
• Produce high-quality design assets
• Ensure consistency and alignment of the brand's visual identity with set objectives
• Enhance brand identity through the application of UX design principles
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house design team
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Skilled in designing with Figma and knowledgeable in UX/UI design best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Previous agency experience is a must
• Exhibit a passion for design and a drive to create impactful work
• Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and marketing experience
