• Seeking a talented Creative Director to join our team and enhance every aspect of our projects.
• The Creative Director will spearhead FFG’s visual identity and creative vision, both internally and for our diverse client base.
• Responsible for overseeing the upcoming brand transformation for FFG and establishing the design and creative strategy for campaigns, websites, and ad content.
• Collaborate closely with our founders, marketing leads, and clients to implement brand strategies through Figma, UI/UX, and campaign creativity.
• Ideal for a design leader who excels in both hands-on design work and mentoring designers while developing innovative systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Figma and extensive knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading brand identity projects and digital product design, particularly in eCommerce.
• Strong design acumen with a keen eye for detail, layout, and systematic thinking.
• A creative strategist with a focus on execution, capable of creating and implementing ideas effectively.
• Experience working with diverse clients or industries, preferably within an agency setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Bonus points for experience in guiding ad creative and collaborating with motion and performance teams.
