Senior Product Designer - B2B

As a Senior Product Designer there, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Merchant stream. You will be responsible for creating seamless and intuitive user experiences for merchants, focusing on areas like onboarding, dashboards, internal tools, and customer experience products. Your work will directly impact how merchants engage with Tabby from their first interaction to their long-term success on the platform.

What you'll get to do:

• Design user-friendly and intuitive onboarding flows to ensure a smooth and efficient process for merchants integrating with Tabby. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions for different regions and market requirements. • Work on simplifying complex processes to enhance the merchant experience during onboarding, including document attachment and integration with the system. • Leverage data visualization to improve merchant decision-making and engagement with the platform. • Develop design solutions that increase merchant engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. • Identify pain points in the merchant experience and design solutions that improve overall retention metrics. • Collaborate with internal teams on incentives and communication strategies through UX design to keep merchants engaged with the platform. • Facilitate workshops, user research, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Collaborate with analytics teams to track feature performance and suggest enhancements to improve usability and user experience.

Our requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on designing for complex products and systems.
• Proven experience with both desktop and mobile interfaces.
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-friendly, simple, and effective solutions.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma and other industry-standard tools.
• Ability to transform complex business needs and user requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Strong skills in data visualization and presenting actionable insights for users.

Relocation

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).For our employees we cover the following:

• Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
• Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
• Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
• Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice.
