• Lyra Health seeks a talented Lead Product Designer to create solutions for critical moments in a member's mental health journey towards seeking care.
• As a product designer at Lyra, you will drive initiatives to successful outcomes by approaching complex problems with speed and simplicity, ensuring members can seamlessly engage with Lyra.
• This role will be part of the Client Enrollment team, facilitating a member's initial interaction with Lyra from registration to provider booking.
• Working alongside product designers, managers, engineers, clinicians, and executives, you will help introduce mental health care to millions of users globally.
• This position can be based at our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtual. Remote applicants must be located within the United States.
• Possess 8+ years of UX, UI, HCI-related field experience, specifically in mobile applications
• Demonstrated history of collaborating within a product team to deliver successful products to users
• Experience implementing design systems across various platforms in an iterative software development environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Principle, etc.
• Ability to conceptualize complex feature sets and design for multi-disciplinary projects
• Expertise in design craft and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
• Motivated by partnering with leadership and adapting to rapid changes to determine the optimal path forward
• Portfolio showcasing UX-focused samples for web and mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
