• As a Staff Product Designer, you will contribute to our mission, vision, and strategy by understanding our client and business requirements thoroughly.
• You possess strong product thinking skills to create scalable solutions and design optimal user experiences.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Design
• Demonstrated ability in product thinking, problem-solving, and independent work
• Track record of delivering successful products as part of a product team
• Keen eye for detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative, humble, and open-minded with no ego issues
• Interest in cryptocurrency and financial products
• Experience in fintech, preferably B2B, but consumer experience is also acceptable
• Experience in developing products on complex platforms with extensive team collaboration
• Exposure to new product launches, either in a startup or internal venture environment
