⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Design, including at least 3 years in design leadership roles.

• Proven track record of leading diverse design teams in a high-growth setting.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, visual design, and design systems for enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly in complex workflow-oriented products.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and marketing.

• Proficiency in merging strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.

• Thorough understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.

• Passion for guiding and nurturing designers at all levels.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
