• We are currently looking for a passionate Staff Product Designer to shape the future of our products, ensuring design excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated passion for Product and UX design, committed to creating impactful user experiences.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role like Staff Product Designer.
• Proficiency in UI, UX, and visual design, with a proven track record of crafting engaging customer experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality solutions, focusing on both user experience and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and inspiring through design and narrative.
• Experience mentoring Product Designers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Fintech, applying expertise to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Skilled in working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
