• Ability to collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality product experiences.

• Strong strategic thinking to balance overarching goals with detailed design execution.

• Expertise in developing scalable design systems that align with business objectives.

• Excellent communication skills to advocate for user-centric solutions at all levels of the organization.

• Navigate complex design challenges with creativity, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
