• Collaboration with marketers, designers, researchers, writers, engineers, and product managers is key to your success in this role.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a hands-on Designer working on various products
• Strong focus on growth and data-driven strategies, with expertise in optimizing conversions through rapid iteration and A/B testing
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools
• Proven track record of creating scalable consumer-facing design solutions across different platforms and devices
• Demonstrated excellence in both interaction and visual design, coupled with strong technical skills
• Up-to-date with new design technologies, WCAG requirements, Android, and iOS guidelines
• Successful history of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
• Ability to convey complex interaction concepts clearly and convincingly to various audiences within the organization
