• Recruit, develop, and retain top design talent. Foster a culture of feedback, growth, and collaboration within the team.
• Advocate for outstanding design within the organization.
• Demonstrated skills in leading and developing high-performing design teams, coupled with strong management skills.
• 10+ years of design experience: Extensive experience in UX/UI, product design, and UX research, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Excellent communication skills: Convincingly present and explain design concepts and decisions – for both designers and non-designers.
• Experience working with Product Trios following Teresa Torres (Product Manager, Tech Lead, Product Designer) as well as with Product Analytics, Marketing, and other roles.
• Solid experience in designing and optimizing products in the SaaS field, ideally B2B.
• Showcase your expertise with a portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centric experiences across digital products and brand touchpoints.
