•Collaborate with the Customer Education team to develop, construct, and uphold engaging learning experiences for Jamf customers.
•Efficiently manage resources, tools, and stakeholder interests to deliver high-quality training.
•Work closely with instructional designers, Product Development and Delivery team members, and the entire Jamf organization.
•Must have a minimum of 2 years of technical expertise in macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS (Required)
•Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Jamf’s product suite (Required)
•Must possess a minimum of 1 year of teaching, instructional design, or related background (Required)
•Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in video production and/or audio engineering (Required)
•Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in screen capture, screen recording, or Keynote creation (Required)
•Experience in creating content in an LMS or CMS is preferred (Preferred)
•Experience of at least 2 years in a team providing customer training or support is preferred (Preferred)
•High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Required)
•Jamf Certified Associate, Tech, or Admin certification is preferred (Preferred)
