• The role of the Senior Experience Designer involves crafting top-tier websites, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the UX design team and business partners to implement strategies enhancing customer-facing interfaces.
• Partner with business stakeholders to enhance the performance, usability, and effectiveness of customer interfaces.
• Spearhead projects with fellow user experience professionals and external partners to continuously improve our processes and practices.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to guide development from concept to execution.
• Uphold user-centered design principles to create exceptional designs aligned with user expectations.
• Align design efforts with business objectives and user research to shape the direction of digital properties.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, leveraging design skills to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Possess 3+ years of UX design experience for consumer-facing digital projects.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, industrial design, human factors, graphic design, HCI, or relevant professional background.
• Exhibit strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrate the capacity to work efficiently without compromising attention to detail across multiple tasks.
• Have extensive experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration.
• Preferred qualifications include usability accreditation with facilitation and reporting skills, along with Health Plan or Benefits Administration experience.
