• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related field.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing websites for conversion and engagement.

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.

• Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and web performance enhancement.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design ideas.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms.
