• As a Senior Product Designer at Facet, you will have a crucial role in shaping the user experience throughout the entire member journey. Your responsibilities will include designing and enhancing how users engage with our product suite, focusing on achieving key business objectives such as attracting new members, fostering engagement, and assisting them in reaching their goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and product marketing to bring these designs to fruition. This position reports to the Head of Product Design.
• Create and enhance user flows and experiences across various product areas to meet key business goals like user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct user research and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to define product strategy and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Develop features and enhancements to improve user engagement with core services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Design user interfaces for our applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
• Present design work to stakeholders, clearly explaining design rationale in various settings, including regular design team reviews, ad hoc discussions with product and engineering teams, and weekly executive reviews.
• Work autonomously with a high level of ownership over projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain a dedication to continuous education on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Online portfolio is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Designer within an in-house team.
• Previous experience in designing for direct-to-consumer products is essential.
• Prior experience in SaaS or E-commerce is required.
• Experience in Fintech or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in building and managing design systems, including utilizing design tokens.
• Advanced proficiency in a major design framework (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind); MUI proficiency is preferred.
• Extensive experience with user research and A/B testing methodologies.
• Expertise in creating user-centered designs and the ability to communicate UX principles to non-designers.
• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Illustrator - experience in creating Lottie animations is a bonus.
• Experience working in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Annual salary of $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonus based on applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
