• Conduct user research, testing, and reviews to inform design choices.
• Proactively address UX challenges and advocate for enhancing the overall user experience at Flip.
• Mentor team members and share best practices to shape the design team's workflow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to contribute to business success.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with a portfolio showcasing strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design with the ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for designs within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid setups.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of German is a bonus.
