• Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will play a crucial role as an individual contributor in shaping the overall products and services.
• Your strength lies in problem-solving, as you excel in identifying root issues before others and understanding end-users deeply.
• You have the ability to translate human-centered design principles seamlessly into development language.
• Your expertise in providing a "blueprint" and foreseeing user needs ensures the component library's optimal utilization by developers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and UX design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with design systems
• Proficient in Figma with advanced expertise
• Experience working in an agile framework is essential
• Proficient in managing design system work using Jira
• Previous experience at a product-focused technology company is a must
• Hands-on experience and comprehension of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript)
• Portfolio showcasing design system work is mandatory
