•Deliver exceptional design craft and drive multiple workstreams autonomously.

•Shape the user experience of the survey creation flow in SurveyMonkey.

•Ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

•Manage complex projects across teams.

•Develop and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

•Advocate for user-centered design principles in product strategy discussions.

•Utilize data-driven insights to validate design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

•10+ years experience in the design field, most recently working as a Lead Designer or Senior Designer in product design roles.

•4+ years of demonstrated Design Systems expertise

•Experience with Data implementation tools such as Amplitude, Pendo, Eppo

•Familiarity utilizing Jira to facilitate project tracking

•Has worked with design teams with 4+ Product and UX designers

•Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft across digital products.

•Expertise in modern design tools. We use Figma.

•Experience working within a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
