📋 Description
• Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
• Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to Microsoft’s style guides and best practices.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to-end user experiences in Azure AI Foundry.
• Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
• Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
• Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution.
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have 8-10 years of experience with product designing with an emphasis on content.
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience with Figma and Microsoft products.
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience with generative AI technology- back end or front end.
• Must have 5 years of experience with UX.
• Should have experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Should have experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle.
