•We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our broker partner dashboard and internal operations tools. You'll tackle exciting challenges, collaborate with talented colleagues, and improve the design quality of our products.

🎯 Requirements

•Experienced: You have 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of launching complex operations management tools in a fast-paced environment.

•User-centric: You're passionate about understanding user needs through user research and translating them into intuitive and engaging experiences.

•Collaborative & Communicative: You thrive in a collaborative, remote environment and excel at communicating design decisions effectively.

•Systems Level Thinking: You have experience designing intuitive operational tools and designing meaningful metrics and analytics that empower users to make informed decisions.

•Strong Analytical Skills: Evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions.

•Technical proficiency: You have a solid understanding of working with APIs, how designs are implemented by engineering, and make use of tools to streamline development handoff.

•Bonus points: Experience working in a startup environment for B2B fintech, saas, medical/pharma, logistics, manufacturing or operational tooling-focused products
