Design Lead

• SOFTSWISS is currently expanding its team and is in search of a Design Lead

• We are seeking a seasoned professional who embodies our culture and values

• Responsible for designing and enhancing user flows through thorough research and analytics

• Conducting UX research, usability tests, and user interviews to validate assumptions

• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX documentation for new functionalities

• Focusing on engagement and retention metrics such as retention rate, session duration, DAU, and user progression

• Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure alignment and success

• Leading UX transformation initiatives to streamline processes and drive innovation

• Adapting to change and spearheading continuous UX enhancements in a dynamic environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience in UX design and product development

• Strong proficiency in analyzing user behavior and making data-informed UX decisions

• Experience in B2B product design, particularly in iGaming or SaaS sectors

• Understanding of gamification, engagement strategies, and motivation-centric design

• Proficient in Figma, Miro, UX analytics, and A/B testing tools

• Ability to navigate change, lead transformation projects, and promote team adaptability

• Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring designers are advantageous

• English proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication and documentation

• Native-level proficiency in Russian for communication purposes
