• Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or have 4+ years of experience in digital and software design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching UX designers, showcasing expertise in design methodologies, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
• Hold a Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in User Experience Design or related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.
• Ability to foster trust, maintain professional relationships, and promote inclusivity in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Research, Information Architecture, and UX.
• Track record of delivering UX design projects from concept to completion.
• Skilled in building consensus, influencing others, and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate product value and make informed design decisions.
• Experience in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to drive design choices.
• Understanding of translating business metrics into user-centric design goals.
• Adaptability to work on projects with evolving requirements and strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, InVision, Figma, and other prototyping software.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive and transportation industry.
