Senior Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of advancing the UI, UX, and functionality of the Express logged out web experience.

• Conduct thorough testing of your prototypes, gather valuable insights, and implement them in new iterations.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team to define and drive growth strategies.

• Ensure that systems are developed with growth requirements in mind.

• Contribute to building components in our system for scalable use and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a college degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

• Have over 6 years of experience in UX or Product Design.

• Understand the impact of design systems and UI frameworks on the design process.

• Demonstrate strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma.

• Experience with design systems, web design, and/or content block-based front-end web tools.
