• What You’ll Be Doing We are currently revamping both the employer and candidate dashboards of our product:
• You will be in charge of enhancing the UI/UX of both dashboards to elevate user experience, maintain brand coherence, and ensure seamless navigation through our product.
• Collaborating closely with our founder, product team, and engineers, you will:
• Evaluate the existing UI and user flows to pinpoint areas for enhancement
• Develop detailed wireframes and mockups for both dashboards
• Transform product objectives into sophisticated, Bootstrap-compatible web interfaces
• Guarantee usability and responsiveness for desktop users
• Contribute to the advancement of our design system and visual identity
• Optionally, assist in frontend implementation if proficient in development skills (a bonus but not mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing desktop web applications
• Proficiency in working with and extending Bootstrap-based themes
• Impressive portfolio showcasing real-world product design projects
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD (flexible with tool usage)
• Strong eye for detail and a keen sense of UX design
• Experience in direct collaboration with product managers and developers
• Bonus: Proficiency in frontend skills (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/React or similar)
