• We are a B2B SaaS platform specializing in Conversational Commerce through Whatsapp.

• We are seeking a Product Designer to join our internal Product team.

• You will play a key role in building solutions that impact millions of people daily.

• Responsible for designing and enhancing the experience, efficiency, and productivity of Atom users.

• Design memorable experiences.

• Create and refine interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that combine aesthetics and functionality.

• Maintain visual coherence and usability, ensuring that each interaction meets specific needs of our clients.

• Integrate AI and cutting-edge technology.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to incorporate AI-based solutions in products, optimizing every part of the user flow.

• Iteratively test and validate ideas, leveraging AI to gather insights and improve decision-making.

• Research and validate with users.

• Conduct market research and study user behavior to understand their challenges, motivations, and pain points.

• Organize and conduct usability tests, feedback sessions, and interviews to ensure user-centered design.

• Drive product strategy.

• Participate in defining priorities, features, and roadmaps, ensuring design alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate in launch planning and post-implementation follow-up to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvements.

• Contribute to the design system.

• Develop and maintain style guides, components, and patterns to strengthen visual consistency and scalability of our design system.

• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the design team and organization.

• Use our products daily to identify areas for improvement and firsthand innovation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer for 5 years, preferably in the B2B SaaS field.

• Advanced students or graduates in graphic design or related fields.

• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user experience (UX) with demonstrable skills in visual design.

• Solid knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

• Experience in creating interaction flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using design tools.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams, collaborating with different departments and disciplines.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance visual aesthetics with functionality and user experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing skills and achievements in product design and user experience.
