• As a Senior Motion Designer at Raindrop, your role involves elevating the creative standards within our agency and offering assistance to fellow members of the motion and design team.
• Working closely with the Associate Creative Director, Design, your main task will be to craft captivating visuals that enrich the storytelling of the creative content while aligning with the brand's visual identity.
• This position goes beyond technical expertise in After Effects, delving into branding, concept development, compositing/VFX, strong design fundamentals, and more.
• Understanding the brand guidelines of assigned clients is crucial, as you will be responsible for translating them into dynamic motion graphics and ensuring that the team's work meets these standards for delivering refined final products.
• Serve as the primary contact for fulfilling the motion design requirements of your designated clients.
• Possess 3-5 years of motion design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is a must.
• Additional expertise in Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of design principles encompassing composition, color theory, illustration, and typography.
• Demonstrated project management skills are essential for success in this role.
• Approach tasks with a positive, humble, and collaborative demeanor, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
