• About the role
• We are seeking a talented and versatile Motion Designer, with a focus in Paid Social, to join our Brand & Creative team.
• The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled designer with a strong focus on conversion-oriented design and a passion for telling visually compelling and impactful stories through video and animation.
• This role will be focused on paid social including Meta, Tiktok and Influencer, but will also support animation and video projects across various marketing channels including Youtube and long-form video, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of professional marketing design experience with a focus on motion and video design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and capabilities. Must showcase paid social experience to be considered
• Experience with conversion-oriented design and a proven ability to create high-performing paid social ads
• Demonstrated ability to use motion graphic animation techniques to bring designs to life and enhance storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of paid social formats, and online video delivery
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling
• Receptive to feedback in an iterative design process
• Able to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly
• Experience in DTC or financial services industry preferred
