Role Overview
The Video Producer (Employer Branding) creates captivating multimedia content that embodies Athena’s company values. You will craft engaging stories showcasing our capabilities, culture, events, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos.
This role involves:
- Upholding Athena’s brand identity across all multimedia outputs.
- Overseeing the entire production process, from concept to final delivery.
- Maintaining high-quality standards and fostering innovative approaches to enhance our multimedia presence.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring all content aligns seamlessly with strategic initiatives and brand guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead video projects from concept development through pre-production, production, and post-production to final delivery.
- Create compelling video and photo narratives consistent with brand standards.
- Produce animations to enhance static content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet multimedia needs.
- Develop motion graphics, live-action videos, screencast videos, and audio-visual presentations tailored to stakeholders’ needs.
- Manage all aspects of the video production process, including concept creation, interviews, storyboarding, editing, and archiving.

Skills & Competencies
Skills
- Proficient in full video production with experience in motion graphics, animation, and special effects.
- Expertise in photography, including handling digital cameras (mirrorless), setting up lighting, and using audio recording devices (e.g., lavalier mics, recorders).
- Proficient with digital editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent communicator who can articulate the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional partnerships.
- Organized and adept at balancing multiple projects without missing deadlines.

Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in video production, managing projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in photography is required.
