The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations that enhance our video productions. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic sensibility, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling. They will collaborate closely with the creative team to design visuals that align with our projects' goals and elevate their impact.

Responsibilities:
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of projects, including documentaries, commercials, and nonprofit videos.
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with the project’s vision.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate motion design ideas.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Use software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other design tools to produce stunning animations and graphics.
- Ensure motion design elements are cohesive with the overall video style and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role in video production.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, and other motion design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and typography.
- A creative portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple priorities.
- A desire to grow in all aspects of motion design and animation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion design and 2D & 3D animation.
- Experience in real time 3D production pipeline a plus.
- Knowledge of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.
