Blender Animator

Job Description: We are a boutique design firm with a focus on digital technology startups. We collaborate with our clients in creating cutting-edge brands, digital experiences (websites and products), strategic positioning, and comprehensive design support. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Blender Animator to join our creative team on an hourly basis. The ideal candidate will create high-quality 3D animations, bringing concepts and designs to life through dynamic visuals. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to produce animations for various leading marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 3D animations using Blender.
• Create realistic or stylized models, textures, lighting, and effects as needed.
• Work collaboratively with designers and project stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ensure all animations meet quality standards and align with the project’s creative direction.
• Troubleshoot and optimize animations for smooth performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 3D animation with Blender (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Ability to follow creative briefs and adapt to feedback efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience with rigging and character animation is a plus.
