Motion Designer - Team Lead

•How will you make a difference?

•Manage and mentor the team of designers, sharing experience and providing feedback

•Continuously optimize, automatize, and speed up creative production processes maintaining quality

•Manage and optimize the process of translations and resizes for different markets and platforms

•Produce engaging videos to advertise our app products on multiple platforms (15-20% of weekly tasks)

•Continuously discover, test, and implement new editing technologies, AI tools, and the industry's best practices to increase the efficiency of creative production

•Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to be updated on learnings and best-performing creatives and assets

•Search and manage freelancers in design to cover creative production needs

•Continuously be updated in marketing and design trends and share with a team

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or a related field, with a track record of delivering high-quality work

•At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of designers and creative production processes

•Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other software.

•Advanced knowledge of design scripts, plugins, templates

•Experience in using AI tools for video production and automatization of processes

•Experience in producing ads for performance marketing in social media (TikTok, Meta) and in Google. Creating paid ads for app promotion is a plus

•Knowledge of marketing and design trends for social media

•Knowledge of performance metrics and experience working with teams in marketing analytics and testing/optimization techniques is a plus

•Fluent English is required

•Spanish is preferred but not obligatory

•A strong portfolio is required

•Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or mentor designers, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance

•Great time management skills, ability to work with weekly plans and meet deadlines

•Problem-solving mindset and autonomy, able to identify problems and bring solutions

•Highly process and detail-oriented mindset, able to optimize, automatize, and speed up creative production processes maintaining quality

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and technical details to team members and stakeholders

•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
