• Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports.

• Our mission is to create a digital playground for sports fans and their friends to hang out.

• Create assets such as static ads, motion graphic ads, and videos for marketing channels.

• Work with design team to maintain innovative branding and design language.

• Stay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design, video production, or a related field.

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools like After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.

• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and color theory.

• Exceptional storytelling and animation skills, with an ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with audiences.

• Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with an understanding of trends and best practices for short-form storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
