🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

• Proven experience creating interactive HTML5 playable ads, with proficiency in tools like GSAP, Phaser.js, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video production, and HTML5 interactive ads.

• Excellent storytelling and conceptualization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience in the gaming or rewarded platforms industry.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.
